Major electrical problems!!!!

Hey i need help! my car has been out of service for the past month now and i really am stuck on this one. Ok.. first my car was running fine it has a fairly new alternator and battery then one day i drove home and went back out to start my car and poop nothing work the interior lights hardly come on so i think maybe my battery is dead or bad, nope its fine i try to jumpstart it and got the battery tested and its good. when i measured voltage it read 6-8 volts everywere except 12 at the battery so i replaced the starter and it worked when i jiggeled the key and it started once then wont start again so i ran several tests. first i replaced the fusable links at the starter and alternator and no change so i disconnected the alternator cables and my voltage went up to 12 but nothing will work, no horn or trunk operation just clicking and the lights are very weak but they all read 12 volts. so next i disconnected the starter cable but kept the fusable links connected to have power inside and still not enough power for anything. well i know my battery is still good and the starter is new and all but i'm not sure what is next i'm suspecting the ignition to be bad but could it be able to read 12 volts and still drop all my current like that also i took out all my fuses but the interior lights one and still not enough power so it has to be a problem between the battery and fuse block so possibly the ignition but what would i replace? the key cylinder or what exactly is replaced there? i know this is a long story but i really need help and i'm a kid in school and dont really have the money to take it into a shop yet so i need to fix it myself so any helpful info will be appriciated

Most of the grounds for the ECM and a lot of other items are located on the back of the left and right cylinder heads. The grounds for the headlights are on the car frame behind the headlights, the instrument panel and several other items are grounded to the dash panel support frame by the fuse panel.
