tried to use the search mode, but kept getting kicked out....is it supposed to work right now?

Anyway, 1989 iroc, the blower will not turn on. the fuses are all good. Is there a relay for the motor residing on the left inside fender area under the hood? looks like this relay is the same one as the ones near the battery and radiator. the wiring harness under the hood leading to the blower motor has one of these relays. Also, does anyone know how I can apply 12volt power to the motor from under the hood so as to eliminate the motor or the wiring?
