the 383 is still bein built. This isnt a DD, so Im in no rush to get it runnin. Motor and trans have been pulled, along with the powertrain wire harness, fuse box, ECM and all other useless crap that Im not gonna need. Only thing I left was the wiring for the rear hatch pull down and taillights, and fuel pump of coruse.

My problem right now is the hatch pull down. I got the motor to push it up, but I cannot figure out how to make it retract. The only wires I can see that go to the front of the car is a red/white (hot), yellow/black(NO idea), and ground. I got all the wiring diagrams off of All Data Pro, but they kinda incomplete. I know if I get power to the red/white and ground the motor, itll raise the latch. How cna I get it to retract?! Or can I buy a regular hatch latch ( i think some came without all that pull-down crap )

 

did you check the micro switch on the unit. maybe its bad
