weird headlight trouble....urgent help needed

the other day i noticed my brights wont work when clicked on..the bulbs show that they are getting hardly any wattage.....the normal passenger side head light works perfect...nice and bright...not the driver side looks like its on its way out....i unplugged the bights to see if i had a bad wire and nothing...also the driver side side marker is doing the same exact thing...really dim.....when i turn the brights on the driver side blinker on the dash sorta lights up...dim but i can see the light from the bumb

what would cause this...bad light switch?...is the head light relay possibly going?....i dont thing its a ground because i was looking for ground and wiggling them

Well

It may be a bad high beam light. I would check the light out first by sapping connectors see if that does naything. If it stays the same its the bulb if it changes it is the wiring. In which cause I would crac k out the good ole DVOm and check the ohms of the wires to makes sure there isn't excessive resistance. After that if you can't find anything I would check the sensor.
