How to properly power accessories?
Okay
I've got my tach powered by crimping a connector (the type thats just a tab that slides into the female connector) to the end of the power wire and using a test light to find the wire that powers the gauge lights, tracing it back to the fuse block or distroubtion box or wherever (been a while since i did it, i forget exactly where it was), and shoving the connector in there sorta......i DOUBT This is the BEST way to wire accessories, but i also doubt that stripping away plastic/wraping the wire around it/wrapping it in electrical tape, etc., would be any better.
Whats the proper way to power accessories? Thanks,
-Chris

you can crimp it real good or solder it..... and then get a heat gun and shrinking tube to insulate it... then u should be good to go....
