Hvac doesnt work
I get no response form my HVAC system at all. No blower motor on any speed, the vents dont even change location. i know there are two hard vacuum lines in the engine bay that got broken. they are really thin, are these the vacuum controls for the HVAC system? they run out of the body wiring harness and look like they would go towards the front of the engine.
I also noticed that one of the relays sounds like its broken, as in i shake it around and i can hear something rattleing around in side. IF everything else is connected should replacing this relay fix my problem?

thats the 1st thing i would replace.... the relay and check your wiring connections for a loose or brkn wire...
Replace the rattling relay before it shorts something and causes other damage, if it hasn't already. One of the leads in the relay is ground, and it could get interesting if it mixed with some of the other leads in there.
As for the vacuum line, there should be a purple or black one that supplies vacuum to the HVAC controls. Obviously, it needs to be connected to a vacuum source.
