I did my research for both problems but couldn't find the info i needed.

I have delay wipers but one day i turned the car off with the wipers half way across the windshield and the delay hasn't worked ever since. It also doesn't spray windshield fluid, changed the pump for a new one and still doesn't spray any fluid. Wipers work in high and low but no delay. I have cruise control. Is the problem with the motor or with the wiper switch??

The second issue. My passenger side headlight sometimes doesn't flip up but it i turn the **** a little bit, the motor engages and flips the headlight. I have an 85 TA with the older stile motors. Do i need to rebuild the motor or is it a poor connection? The motor does flip DOWN the headlight though.
