Horn not working
I'm not sure exactly which is the problem but I may have found a couple things as to why the horn doesn't work. After I had taken off the airbag the 2 buttons that touch the contacts fell out of the contact housings. The tabs on the ends are broken and has fallen off one button.
I'll try to say this without being too confusing..The other was the white tube(which is near the center of steering column) that holds the black tube(with the red wires in it) in is broken.I need to get this fixed as soon as possible so that I can get an inspection sticker. Thanks

Cool thanks I'll give that a try.Hopefully that'll be it and not something more like the horn wire harness.

How would that effect the operation of the horn, turn signal canceling cam? That may be why my brights don't work the way they're suppose to.I do have to move the wheel up and down to find that sweet spot so the brights will work.

Well I solved part of my problem, got the horn to work but the other part is that turn signal canceling cam.Is that the part that which the black tube w/red wires(for the horn) screws into?...and what's involved in replacing it?
