Help with ECM codes

I've done a couple of searches on this and found nothing.

My car is getting about 10mpg and I can smell an unbruned fuel smell while the car is running.

I pulled three codes from the ECM: 13, 53, and 54.

My Haynes manual is a little lacking on information about these codes and so I hoped someone might be able to help.

Any advice anyone could offer would be appreciated.

Thanks

Your Code 13 is for the Oxygen Sensor Circuit (Open Circuit). Code 53 = Personal automotive Security System (Pass-Key) Circuit (also known as VATS)
Code 54 = Fuel Pump Circuit (Low Voltage),
If you will do a search of the boards you will find troubleshooting charts that I have posted in the past.
