Starting problem
Same 92 Z-28 that originally thought was a fuel problem.
Car was sitting 2 years w/o a battary. Installed new fuel pump and it works. Jumped A and B in the diagnostics and only got code 12. Cooling fans did not come on. Car will crank and oil pressure builds to over 30 psi while cranking but the engine doesn't fire.
Is the ECM dead? Where do I go from here?
