If you are referring to the berlinetta version of the camaro that you have listed in your profile. The headlight relay is located in what is called the light module. It is located behind the right hand side of the instrument panel behind the Electronic Center Module.

My 83 berlinetta doesn't have the light module (LM) you're talking about. I already took the ECM out of the car and the LM wasn't attached to it. I also have an 84 that i use as parts and it has the LM so i'm still stumped. thanx anyway
