How To Timing

Im kind of a begginer at all this and my car right now has a knock in it and someone told me that it might be the timing. I wanted to check it but im not really sure how to. I just wanted a little info on how to check the timing and adjust also. Thanks for any and all help.

Check out the "New to TBI" sticky in the TBI board. The 3rd post down has links to 3 really good posts on exactly how to set and adjust timing. It might seem like a lot, but it shouldn't take much longer than 30 minutes. All you need is a timing light.
