The car starts when it feels like it. Sometimes it runs for a while and stalls. Just changed the module,rotorand cap. Problem does not lie in my security system or vats. Fuel pressure is good and the filter is new. I am changing the pick up coil now. Is there anything else that could be causing this? I have always owned firebirds, trans ams and gtos all my life. Bought this sweet little firebird for 900.00 @76,000 miles and it would be nice to actually drive it more than 10 miles.

 

I had the same problem with my truck, did you check the timing? I replaced the plugs, wires, cap, and coil and it still would run and crap out sometimes. After I set the timing it ran like a champ.
