Connector pin identification

im in progress of swapping a 305 tbi out of a 89 formula (manual trans) with a 350 tpi out of a 88 formula (auto trans) but im also swapping all the headlight wireing/front end wires (mine were all hacked up) heres the problem, the wireing that comes out for the computer on the passenger side has a little clear/white connector, they are pinned differently. And on the drivers side where the engine/accessory harness connects to the firewall they are pinned differently there. Can anyone get me the diagram which would show what pin does what for those two connectors for both years? ive tried a few dealerships and haynes+chiltons manuals and cant figure it out.
Thank you...i can get pictures of the connectors if anyone needs them

Thank you Trickster, you are the man
Just to clarify a little bit, the clear/white connector doesnt plug into the computer, but its like right beside the two big connectors that do..down maybe a couple of inches of wire, but it pulls out through the fender well pass through with the motor harness.....the other connector is the huge one that looks like it has two harness comming off it by the brake booster/master cylinder thing

That is connector C207 by the ECM that you are referring to and it is a 15 Pin connector. The other connector is known as connector C100.

No problem, I have posted them several times for other vehicles in the past. Some manuals have the pinouts for connector C207 in them or least most of the camaros do. I will get that out to you later.

Trickster, any luck with the c207? if not thats ok, but ive got one big question. does that plugin happen to run my hvac system?cause after the swap the car runs incredible but i cant get my fan or anything else hvac controlled to respond..like no fan or a/c compressor lockup (well the vacuum stuff works)
