A few issues....

My first issue is that on my driver's side power window when I put it up or down it acts like the power just drains out and window stops. Give it a min or so to "charge" back up and it moves again till it dies again. Would this be a switch issue or window motor issue?

Second issue(s) is this. I know my neutral safety switch is bad because I have get in the console and wiggle the wires intermittently to get the car started but I read on here somewhere that the hatch release is tied into the NSS and that doesn't work. But what I really wanna know is this, are the interior lights tied into it as well because none of them work including the dome and map lights. All of the fuses are good and after reading about the hatch release being tied in it got me thinking it may be causing light issue. The dash lights and light in console for shifter do work.

If not, any suggestions and help would be appreciated!

The interior lights and cigarette lighter are tied into the "ACC" fuse along with the hatch release switch. And yes the hatch release is tied into the P/N switch for safety purposes to prevent you from accidently popping the hatch while cruising the freeway.
On the window issue, does this happen with the engine running or with the key just turned to the "ON" position?

It does the same thing whether the car's running or not. It did this when I 1st got the Camaro but then just went away but just started again recently.

Thanks for the info on ACC fuse! I'll definitely check that out. Guess that explains why none of those work!

It sounds like a corroded wire or shot motor that might need to be replaced?
