how do you get the speedo cable hooked???

I took my gauge cluster out (that was no problem) and am trying to get it back in. I can't get the speedo cable hooked back up to the cluster. My hands are small but damn! I can't seem to pull it out enough to get it pluged back in.
Any tips out there?

It just pushes on and the clip locks it in place.

It's like there is not enough cable for me to get a good hold on it with one hand.
I'll keep trying I guess. I thought there might be a "trick" to it.

Get the cluster in place first (if you haven't already). You don't need to get a hand close to the connection. Hold the cable where you can and push. I've made this connection a ton of time. It shouldn't be terribly difficult (says the guy who's done it a ton of times).
