Trickster...I had a friend of mine put my car on his hand held and it didnt throw a code.Pretty sure now that it might be the ICM but it looks like its gonna be a b%&#h to get it off.Do you know if the 3.1 is 7,8 or 9 plug conn???

Here is a picture of it, it is located under the rotor in the distributor and is very easy to remove. Don't worry about the wording at the top of the page since this picture is for a 2.8L. It is the same setup as a 3.1L
