I think my Heat/AC blower motor took a crap!!

Got in the car this morning and no blower motor. No function on any of the 4 positions. Tested plug that goes on motor, and with fan switch on high, the connector has 12.5 volts. If the connector has juice, the motor has to be shot correct? Is there any way to test the motor itself with a voltmeter? Thanks for any help.

run a jumper wire from the batt to the motor terminal.

I pulled the motor and hooked it up to a battery and it worked. So now I am thinking the relay may be bad.

When I tested the plug for the motor for power the positive terminal had power with the voltmeter being ground out on the body.

Is there any way to test the relay function? I am stumped now.

Well I got to looking and the plug and the socket it plugs into were both full of dirt and crud. Cleaned them up and it works great.
