Trans Am Tail Lights
First off, I want to let you guys know, I have searched the topic, and even printed some of the results out. I still have questions though.
I have a base 92 Firebird, and I have 85-90 Trans Am tail lights with the harness that I want to put on. I understand everything about wiring the harness up in the back, my question has to do with under the steering column. I understand there's supposed to be a white wire on the steering column harness in the spot labled P. Well I think i found this harness, it has 11 possible slots D-P (no I or O), N and P have no wires in them. The others are: D- white, E- gray, F- green, G- purple, H- pink, J- small black, K- small blue, L- small gray, M- small pink. Is this the harness I cut the white wire from? Then I understand I connect that wire to a red wire comming off the brake light switch. The red wire is supposed to be in a connector with red, blue, and blue/black wires. I don't see these wires, but on the brake pedals, there's a white, "L" shaped connector with 5 wires out of it. There is a connector with a green/white and a gray wire, and one with a blue, yellow, and red (or orange?) wire running out of it. Is this the red wire I splice the white wire into?
Also, I read something about the blinkers now flashing right and being too dim, what do I do to fix that?
I just want to be absolutely sure I do this right the first time, so I don't end up not having lights for a while along with who knows what else not working. Thanks in advance for your help.

I forgot to put this in the last post. I read also someone figured out how to make all 3 lights on each side function as running/brake/flashers. To do this, I would just have to splice a wire into the flasher wire in the harness and run it to the blub that functions as only a running light, and replace the bulb with one like the others?
