car wont start after hard rain

Car: 1991 Camaro R/S turning it into a Iroc
Engine: presently a 305
car wont start after hard rain

My 91 R/S wont start after a heavy rain. I should say it wont turn over , click , buzz or anything after a heavy rain. If I wait about an hour after my first try it will usually start right up. I'm thinking it may be getting moisture in the ignition switch.
The worst part is it doesnt always do this and an intermittant problem is a bear to trouble shoot , so any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome Aboard!

The ignition switch is inside the vehicle. Unless there is a leak from the cowl area, the rains shouldn't affect it. I'd be more suspicious of the fusible links and the goofy link connection under the hood:
