Ok, so I just got a 1991 Firebird, it has a 350 and 5 speed with less then 10,000 miles on the new engine. The person who swapped it in from a v6 did a messy job. He left the unused wires just sitting there, all open not tired up, etc. (I got the car for free so I shouldent be complaining.)

My main problem is that it is not starting, it isnt even "clicking."
there are numerous other problems but I was just wondering because i dont think that these will be my only headaches in the run of this car, should I rewire the whole engine?? How complicated is it?? I dont have to be driving this for a lil while, as this is my project. I searched but didnt find anything. Are there any " how tos" of doing this?? I looked on painlesswiring.com but all they had that I could find are harnesses for Fuel Injected vehicles.
