Passenger headlight wire not powered

The passenger side headlight on my 88 firebird formula will not go up and down. The headlight turns on fine, but it will not move. The wire that plugs into the headlight isn't getting any power. Do I need to replace the headlight module?

If you manually raise the headlight door with the ****, does the door lower when the lights are turned off?

No, it doesn't go back down either.

If the motor ground is intact, you need to meter the power connections to the motor (while connected, if possible). If there is nothing, work backward to the headlight control module.
