Console Clock

I have a Console Clock that is in need of repair. The hands are not in sync, and the second hand is broken off. Does any one know where to send the clock for repair? Thanks for any information, Ed.

You might consider an internet search. I found a place several years ago, but after removing the clock, I shot it out with air and freely lubed it with WD-40. It's worked since--I saved, IIRC, $90. Second hand? Not in sync?

You're in luck. I did some research a while back and found the only source for parts and service for these clocks. Originally made by Wesclox, the entire inventory of parts was purchased by "the Clock Doc" (800)256-5362. Bill is the contact. He may be able to repair yours or sell you a reconditioned one. He also can mill the face of the clock so it looks like new again.

Good luck,

Lon

Thanks Ionsal for the information. I had searched for several days for a repair source, or other information, with not much luck. These clocks are not totally rare, but enough to have this one rebuilt to keep third gen. parts alive. I will contact "The clock doc", and see if it can be redone...
