Driving lamp relays

My gauge lights haven't worked since I bought my car the interior light, radio, hatch all work and the bulbs behind the gauge cluster are all good, well anyway I had saved this very usefull pic (below) someone had posted not to long ago and I noticed there was something called the driving lamp relay, could this relay have anything to do with my gauge lights not working? and if not iam still curious as to what this relay is related to.

The driving lamp relay that you see pictured there is for the fog lamps. What you might want to check out is the "TAIL" & "INST LMP" fuses as they are the ones for the instument lights. Also check the headlight switch because that controls the brightness of those lights.
