Left Parking light

My front left parking light is out but it works when i use my blinker.. im confused.

Transmission: 700R4

It is a dual element bulb and operates off two indepentent circuits. Try changing the bulb and see if that fixes the problem, if it doesn't fix it then check the wiring.
