88 GTA under hood wireing

Is there a difference in the engine wireing harness under the hood depending on if you have a analog dash verses a digital dash?I just bought a 88 GTA with a carbed 350 and they hacked the harness .I bought another complete 88 T/A to swap the drivetrain and harness into my car but the donar car has a analog dash and my good car has a digital dash.Anyone know anything about this? Thanks

From: previously OKINAWA JAPAN,georgia, now new england
Car: 1989 IROC--1989 T/A
Engine: 5.7 TPI in both
Transmission: W/C T-5 in both
Axle/Gears: B/W 3.27 in both
did you get any info? I am doing the swap to digital now, and asking in another thread. I have the 1987 factory manual, and so far i can tell the only parts inportant are the rear light , and front light harnesses. Now the dash (read main interior) and the C100 connector must be used too, for the digital. The power windows and such can stay as is. Let me know

In my finding i noticed that the alternator on a digital dash car has 3 wires on the connector, the normal dash has only 2 !
