92 Z28 I Need a Boost Guage, can I use the Oil pressure Guage?

I just finished a TTA swap into a 92 Z28 is it possible to make the volt meter or oil presser guage act as a boost guage?
I'd also like to wire the brake light (or something) into a knock sensor.. is this possible?

the volt meter gauge is measuring the amount of voltage in your system and this will not work for a boost gauge. The oil pressure gauge is also a pressure or resistance gauge, depending on the type. A boost gauge measures vaccuum, or lack there of, in a closed system. I con't know if you would be able to modify anything to work as a boost gauge.

Do a search, it says how to make a knock sensor circuit. Pretty easy. Then just mount it where you break light is.
