No power going to headlamp motor relay!!

Finally trying to pin this down. Now, no power going to Relay so its obviously not the motors or the relay. Fuses were fine so its not that. Switch is fine because it turns on the markers. What the **** could be causing my headlamps not to go up and down anymore? What else is left other than what I listed...???

There should be two 15A circuit breakers for the headlamp motors. Make sure those are intact.

The headlamp door control module must also receive 12VDC from the headlight switch in the dash to operate the headlight doors. This power is via a yellow wire, and should be present whenever the switch is in the headlight position.

The module must also receive 12VDC from the switch via a brown wire. Thsi power should be present whenever the switch is NOT turned off. There should be power in either the PACK or HEADLIGHT positions.

The module must also be grounded through the "1D' terminal.

If your model does not have breakers in the fuse panel labeled "HDLP DR1" and "HDLP DR2" it may have fusible links instead. The breakers may have been on 1992 models only, I'm not sure.

In either case, you'll need to locate the headlight door control module on the firewall. Connectors '1B' and '1E' (orange wires) should have a constant +12VDC supply. If not, you will have no headlight motor action.

If you raise either or both of the headlamps manually with the headlights turned on, do they lower automatically when the lights are turned off?

No they dont.. they stay up but lights go out.

Today at work I was bored so I decided to try and change the headlight switch, all went well but they still dont work.. I notice a slight "clicking" sound at the firewall when I turn the lights on, right on that black box that says "GUIDE", I figure that the relay, could that be it?

P.S, my circuit breakers according to the manual are in the headlight switch.

Break out your meter and check for the +12VDC supply at both the 1B and 1E terminals on that "Guide" box.

I will do that

What if there is? Just a bad relay?
What if there is not? Deep wiring problem?
