Okay I did hours of searching and found out the common problem for turns and horn not to work is the relays. Well I bought 2 new relays and they didn't do anything. Now afterwards my hazards don't work and they worked fine before.

For the horns I removed the airbag to see if the wire was disconnected...it was. The horn works because when I went to pry the relay I hit the metal connectors and the horn honked. So I am clueless & I am lost and about to bring it to a shop so they can find the problem.

Any more ideas guys?

 

AFAIK, there are no relays used in the turn signal circuits.

 

I did a search and people said one of the popular problems with the turn signals not working is the flasher relay. So I bought one.

 

there are 2 flasher relays, 1 is for the hazards, the other is for the turn signals. you may have gotten a bad flasher relay, put the old one back in & try the hazards, if they work with the old one you know you do have a bad flasher.
i don't know just where the other flasher is at, a search here may turn it up.

on the horn you may have a bad horn pad, with a wire ran to a good ground stick the other end of the wire into where the wire off the air bag goes in the column & see if it honks.

 

My mistake. I always thought the flasher units were a thermo-bimetallic circuit interruptor, and not technically a "relay". The true relay types are reserved for trucks and vehicles towing trailers, and according to U.S. DOT regulations, are not legal for passenger car applications. The use of a relay type flasher unit negates the failed lamp indication that is inherent to the thermo-type flashers, which is apparently sufficient cause for the DOT to prohibit them in passenger cars.
