replacing lock cylinder

replacing lock cylinder
Can anyone tell me how to get to the lock cylinder on the steering column?Do I need a special tool? I have the steering wheel off and I'm stumped.

I'm guessing that you have an '89, which would imply that there is no air bag. If you perform a search, you should find several threads detailing this procedure. This would be one of them:
