headlight switch or relay?

Getting ready to wire up the ol headlights and I was wondering if I could use the headlight switch to handle the power, or if I should use a realy? How is stock wiring setup? What kind of draw would the headlights pull? It would be too much with the headlights and driving lights? I planned on doing the first pull turned on h/l and drive lights, then second pull would turn on brights.

Maybe I should just rebuild my relay box to include more relays and better design.

The factory switches are designed to handle the headlamp current directly. A relay to handle the load would be a good idea, but isn't necessary.
