cruise control???
I never use my cruise control so I want to pull it out, just to clean up the engine bay a little more. Just wanted to know if it will affect anything on my car. I was told it might mess up my speedo, is this true? Any imput would be great, Thanks

On 90-92 the speedometer and the cruise get separate signals from the ECM, removing cruise won't affect the speedo. I don't know about the cable driven speedos.

Ok I did some searching and found out that the ball thing under the canister (Orb of Power) that the cruise control go to is also used to control the vents inside. If i were to remove that is there still a way I could get my vents to still work.

without it the air controls would still work, but, when you get on the gas & loose vacuum they would go to the default position of defrost. at cruise & idle the controls would work fine.
