Ignition switch question
I know this isn't exactly electrically related, but stick with me for a moment. I've been looking for two days now for an answer to this and I'm hoping someone here will know.
I have just started my 700R4->T5 swap and am having a little difficulty realigning the pedal set with the power booster mount, so I am in the process of removing the steering column to get more working room under the dash. Now, the column is unbolted and it's free, but the damn auto park lock cable is holding the **** in there good. How do I remove the cable from the ignition switch? I'm going to have to do it one way or another, so I really need to know. It's been a while since I replaced the column (over a year), and I lost my column repair stuff that said how to remove the cable, and I completely forgot how the heck to do it. Can anyone help, or move this topic to a place where I can get help?
