I'm trying to help my cousin install the neon lights under the car. I'm hooking them up to a Chevy Blazer. The kit comes with no instructions . I'm just wondering if anyone can offer suggestions on :
1. How to run the wires underneath the truck
2. How to run the wires inside the truck to hook them to the connector
3. Placing the on/off swith in the dash without cracking the dash itself
4. where is the best place to install the connector

Any other comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have installed a few kits myself and I ran the wires under the car using wire looms and twisty tieing to everything I could find so the wires would not dangle. The fuel/brake lines worked great for this. As for the connector I am assuming your talking about the transformer. I mounted that in the engine compartment and ran the wires up to it. The wires going to the switch came through the fire wall and i just drilled a hole in the vinyl to mount the switch. Each time it worked great.

There should be some holes already drilled in the body. Just look under your car. If not, just drill a strategic hole in metal that sounds the lightest. Just knock on it and you'll know what am talking about.

Running wires next to the fuel lines would, probably, not be the safest thing. I suggest you wire them alongside the ground effects, and keep the least wire possilbe outside the car. Try to get it in colse to where the light will be. Then just wire it inside the car.

I think that there were some relays included with the kit too. I'd check to see. Just find a name of the manufacturer on the lights, search it on Yahoo and you are bound to find some directions/diagrams for your set up.

Thats what I do with stuff I am not sure of how to wire.

laters. and good luck.
