How can I get the glass off the OEM fog lights? The piece that cover the bulb so it isn't blinding is rusted in one of the lights I bought so I want to get in there and sand the rust off but I can't figure out how to get the glass off (and yes I took off the clip on trim ring off...).

After taking off the metal surrounds use a razor blade and slowly cut the seal, they will come off.

 

Thanks, is there something I should put in there when I go to put it back together?

 

You can put a bead of silicone to keep the water out.
