My T/A has it full lights on every time the car starts up. I really dont want the headlights (well headlight for now ) are popping up every time the car is started.

The light switch is off, is there an auto lamp sensor on these cars that could have broken?

Sorry newbie question I know, but i'd like to know

Some cars with pop up head lights have an over ride switch to keep the lights in the open position. if they are up but not on this switch could be in the up position instead of the auto position. But im not sure if firebirds have this.
