Headlight/signal problems

I have a problem where my driver side headlight it at the correct brightness, but the passenger side bulb is much dimmer and appears to take longer to warm up (just less instant, not concerningly slow but noticable). They are the same bulb type/brand/wattage/age.

My turn signal indicators in the gauge cluster, both of them, are also dimly lit at any time that the parking lights or headlights are on. Turn signals do not work but the hazard flashers do work.

High beams work properly.

I'm sitting at this wiring diagram. What's weird is that I think it's a ground but don't see how GM designs their systems to allow this type of problem. Anyone dealth with this problem?

Thanks.

First your turn signals not working could be a bad signal flasher(located in the conveince center to the right of the steering column behind the ALDL port)or even a bad bulb(do the lights come on and don't flash - it's amazing if you have a side maker bulb out the flashers don't work - GM's way of wiring,in series,to indicate a bad bulb.
The dim headlight could be a bad connector at the light itself. You also have to give the age to these wiring harness. That's why the relay upgrade for the headlights is such a smart idea.it takes the load of the headlights off the switch. Also the switch itself could be the culprit for the dim dash lights(as wellas a host of other lighting quirks that can creep up).
What voltage do you have at your battery with it fully loaded ie;lights,HVAC on blower on hi,radio on,should be 12.5VDC minimum. If you voltage is dropping off it could be a sign of a weak alternator.
I aoplogize for my suggestions being so jumbled. It usually easier hands on to show someone than to try and explain it.

-Alternator is fine; checked that out and it's good
-The headlight problem was a bad connection (corrosion)
-The flasher was dead, replaced it.

But I still have the signal indicator bulbs on when the parking lights are on. I don't know if this is a headlight switch or a ground or anywhere else the leak could be coming from (?)

I appreciate the help
