I have an MSD 6AL box in my 84 T/A and it is buzzing.it winds out the higher the rpm's go and then slows down the slower the rpm's are. is this a bad ground or what??? I just installed this thing after a complete rewiring job in the car with harness's from another car.it never did this before so I am not sure what it is.

 

I would double check your grounds and power, make sure you only have around 12 volts feeding the box. If this doesn't help, call MSD and see what they have to say. They are very helpful and worst case scenario, you have to pay a couple bucks to send the box back and have them diagnose it.
