I own a 1988 Camaro 305 TBI. I replaced the ECM and a blown fuse in the engine bay. The car started rough and then died after a minute. Now when i try to start the car, theirs no check engine lights and the fuel pump doesn't run. I looked at the fuses under the dash and the one in the engine bay. They're all ok, so im not sure where to look next for the problem.

 

Might be the fuel pump relay. Should find it under the drivers side kick panel.
