Help with power locks please!
My car alarm came with a relay to hook up for the power locks. I disconnected the power lock relay and installed the relay that came with the alarm. One odd thing that I noticed is that the relay that came with the alarm only has 5 wires to it, while the factory relay has 6. The one that the alarm relay doesn't have is a ground. I thought that maybe since it was grounded through the alarm itself so it would be ok. Now my locks are completely dead. Can someone offer advice?

Personally I wouldn't have disconnected the factory relay just wired in to the wiring leaving it connected..

I kinda thought that too, but I guess I second guessed myself thinking that I wouldn't need two relays.
