Check Fuse Link A - It serves the PWR ACC circuit breaker, ACC fuse, TAIL fuse, and possibly some other circuits. Test for voltage on those fuses (should be present regardless of the ignition switch position). If those fuses have no power at either end, Link A at the starter may be broken. If that's the case, you'll have no horn, no interior lights, no headlights, no clock, no lighter, no hatch release, and no antenna power.

Start checking at the junction block in the extreme left corner of the driver's footwell. Accessory power is distributed there, and there may be a connection/bussing problem there.

The junction block has metal foils between the various terminals which are connected there. These connections are usually crimped, and can fail with age. Checking the power at the ACC junction block with a voltmeter should reveal any problems.
