Blown Fuses

For some reason the fuse for my horn, interior lights, hatch release, cigarette lighter, and power locks always seems to blow. ive replaced them over 3 times and every month or so it blows. its the only one that blows. anyone know whats going on with my car?

You have a short somewhere, which means you have a non-ground wire touching ground. Maybe a slightly exposed wire that touches ground when you hit a bump or something.
