Would this US standard instrument panel work in a Canadian car??

I'm seriously considering ordering this digital instrument cluster from Nordskog Performance.
I'm a bit obsessed with the 80's and this digital instrument panel just reaks 80's styling. I think it's awesome
Reminds me of NightRider
It even has an illuminating "bar graph" for both the speedo and tach, that increases/decreases accordingly. Comes in Blue/Red/Green/ Amber (I'll probably be getting the Red) and even recalls highest speed, 1/4 mile ET and 0-60 time.
The factory instument panel on my '88 IROC-Z (as with all other 3rd gen Fbodies) is anything but accurate. According to my tach, I shift at 7500rpm
My fuel gauge will show a 1/4 tank on start-up and show 3/4 full 5 minutes later even though I didn't put in any gas
and my trip odometer won't even turn over.
The back lighting is also useless too. I can barely see anything driving at night.
This is why the Nordskog is catching my eye. It's made specifially for the 3rd gen's, is much more accurate than stock, looks way cooler, and is bright enough to see at night.
Problem is, the speedo reads only in MPH rather than the Canadian standard km/h.
I don't mind having a speedo in MPH, that's not the problem, I just wanted to know if instalation would be the same, or whether or not I'd have to change/upgrade/buy anything else to make it work.
Would it still be a bolt on process?
Also, your opinions on what you think about it, would be appreciated.

It'll be fine. Only the gauge face markings are different between the Metric and US gauges.
