for some reason my guages have gone out like just the lights and all my other lights have gone when i turn on my lights i have a 91 pontiac firebird has anyone else had this problem because if so please tell me how to fix. i changed fuses and lightbulbs in eveything and i just put some white guages in also but someone plaes help with some advice

 

Well, in my 87 GTA, when I had the battery recharged at Autozone and they put it back in my car, things started acting up immediately.

When I turned on my parking/head lights, my digital radio clock would go out and none of the little red lights inside the radio would light up either, along with this, my HVAC lights, my shifter lights, and some lights near my Digital screen wouldnt light up anymore.

Till this day I have NO IDEA why my lights went out and have no idea on how to fix this.

If ANYONE out there has any idea what could be wrong with our cars as to why when we turn on the headlights interior lights dont work, PLZ tell us.

 

Are the guages not working or is the problem with just the lights? If it is just the lights that you have a problem with, you might want to check the light dimmer control **** on the headlight switch. If that is not the problem, there is also a small transistor called a remote dimmer. It is located under the dash on the drivers side.
