well some one ripped off the air bag and horn cover on my steering wheel i need to know what contacts to connect to make the horn work to see what the next step will need to be thanks

no it is all gone it only has the one metle strip that is up and down on the right side the rest is gone if any one has a wireing diagram i and fix the problem it is just i can't find a wirring diagram

The horn harness assembly under the air bag is pretty simple, if that's what your missing (in addition to the air bag). Two wires with two spring loaded contact assembly points. You could order a new harness for the steering wheel from your GM dealer or pick one up real cheap at a wrecking yard. I'd start with the later as you might also score a airbag too.
As for a wiring diagram, check the repair manual. It'll show you the circuit path but probably wont give instructions for replacement of the horn harness in your steering wheel. If you pull the missing parts from a donar at the wrecking yard you'll see how simple it really is. Good luck.
