Blowing fuses

My air conditioning keeps blowing fuses.
I did a manual to power window conversion this last weekend. All that is left to do is install the wiring to the fuse box.
I did thiis @ my brothers house, his roomate helped me. It worked perfectly fine on the way home last night. Then this morning when I turned on the air, after aprox 2sec the fuse blew.
I''ve removed the stereo & checked for shorts but didn't find any.
Anyone know what it could be?

We got it working last night, don't know how. Must've been a crossed or lose wire. We didn't see any burnt or shorted wires, when we took the dash/console apart. Unplugged harnesses from the AC unit, plugged them back in, turned it on, didn't blow any fuses. Tried with the car running too.
Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it.
