How do you replace the cap and rotor?

Engine: 350 4BBL
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Axle/Gears: 3.23
How do you replace the cap and rotor?
While I wait for my new distributor to come in the mail I want to replace my cap and rotor so I can at least drive at highway speed in the meantime. Can some explain to me how you replace these parts?
