my turning signal

allright so my car is giving my a lot of crap today, i gave it a bath and went to clean the seats off and the vacume rips my seat! and after gettin pissed i turn my car on and my turning signal doesnt blink... it turns on and just stays on and just a lil while ago had to take my girl home and the arrow in my dash stayed luminated but the acutally signal is off. so im wondering wut my probelm is if anyone can help me please!

Obviously on if he got a signal that was just light up and not blinking, my friend you either have a bad buld (most likely) or need a turn signal relay!
