If you aren't used to using a multimeter, you can check for a draw with a 12v test light. Disconnect your positive battery cable, hook one end of the light to the cable and the other end to the battery post(in series). If the light is on while everything is off, you have a current draw. The brighter the light ,the more the draw. You can usually determine what circuit the draw is in by removing one fuse at a time. When the light goes off, you have found the circuit. Be sure your underhood light is not on, as it will show as a current draw. Hope this helps.

What range mA are you using? 200 or 2000? Is it set to DC, and not AC?
Did you have the black wire in the COM terminal and the red in the mA/Ohm terminal? It's common to do this wrong.
One possibility is that a fuse in the multimeter is blown, due to too high initial draw (some light being on), or once mistakenly having measured mA across battery voltage.
Another is that there simply is no current draw in the car, i.e. no radio with memory, no clock, no ECM, etc., but surely you have looked for a draw with some lights on..
If you have a 10 or 20A range it is best to start out with this. It usually has it's own separate terminal where the red wire goes. It doesn't take much lights to exeed 2000mA..
