msd install

hows it going guys i bought a msd 6al box the other night with all the accompanied components and i'm getting ready to mount it and noticed, theirs not a damn place thats flat in the engine bay with enough room to mount the sob lol.....

So after a good bit of looking around i noticed under neath the upper radiator shroud behind the grille would be a great place for it (less heat more airflow.....) So now i need to install a slightly complicated mount for no metal tools at home unfortunately........

Anyways basically what i'm looking for is where you guys with air conditioning in tact mounted your msd boxes (8in, by 4 in box size btw).

The MSD box is a rather larger item to plop into the limited space engine bay of a 3rdgen.

Depending on how much you want to get into it, you can go from making a simple sheetmetal bracket to, mounting it insode the cabin, to moving firewall relays to aquire a mount position. It takes a little creativity for certain though.

I went for the move all the wiring route.. (*note* this is not a current picture)
